For best results, it is recommended to soak the pieces of wood in water for 30-90 minutes before use.
After preparing the charcoal, the chunks of wood should be placed directly on the fire. Once they begin to smoke, the food can be added to the grill. To optimise the cooking process, it is recommended to close the grill lid.
