The product contains 500 grams of COOK IN WOOD wood smoke shavings made from oak barrel staves that remain impregnated with the fragrance and aroma of Spanish brandy (Mascaro, Lepanto, Pienado, Jerez) after the barrels have been emptied.

These wood shavings are with a distinctive aroma of brandy barrel doage, offering a unique smoking experience. Sizes range from 3 to 5 cm.
Recommended for use on both charcoal grills, gas grills and smokers this product is ideal for adding great flavour and aroma to dishes prepared on the grill.
COOK IN WOOD wood smoking chunks
For best results, it is recommended to soak the pieces of wood in water for 30-90 minutes before use.
After preparing the charcoal marabou grill, the pieces of wood should be placed directly on the grill. Once they begin to smoke, the food can be added to the grill. To optimise the cooking process, it is recommended to close the lid of the grill.
It is recommended for smoking: cheeses, fish, seafood, chicken, duck and turkey.
To ensure optimal results, we recommend the following instructions depending on the medium used:
- Soak the chunks in water for 60 min.
- Once you have prepared hot coals, place the chunks directly on the embers.
- When they start to smoke, place the desired food.
- To optimize the cooking process, we recommend closing the lid of the barbecue.
