After preparing the charcoal Marabou fire, , the chunks of wood should be placed directly on the fire. Once they begin to smoke, the food can be added to the grill. To optimise the cooking process, it is recommended to close the lid of the grill.
It is recommended for smoking of: cheese , fish, seafood, chicken, duck and turkey.
To ensure optimal results, we recommend the following instructions depending on the medium used:
- Soak the chunks in water for 60 min.
- Once you have prepared hot coals, place the chunks directly on the embers.
- When they start to smoke, place the desired food.
- To optimize the cooking process, we recommend closing the lid of the barbecue.
