The product contains 2,4 KG of COOK IN WOOD wood smoking chips made from oak barrel staves that remain impregnated with the fragrance and aroma of cognac (Hennessy, Martell, Courvoisier) after the barrels have been emptied.

COOK IN WOOD wood smoking chips
These wood shavings are with a distinctive aroma of cognac barrel doage, offering a unique smoking experience. Sizes range from 1 to 1.5 cm.
Recommended for use on both charcoal grills, gas grills and smokers this product is ideal for adding great flavour and aroma to dishes prepared on the grill.
COOK IN WOOD wood smoking chips
For best results, it is recommended to soak the wood chips in water for 30 minutes before use.
After preparing the charcoal marabou grill, we recommend placing the wood chips in a smoking tin and placing it on the grill. Once they begin to produce smoke, the food can be added to the grill. To optimize the cooking process, it is recommended to close the grill lid.
It is recommended for smoking: cheeses, fish, seafood, chicken, duck and turkey.
