The product contains 900 grams of COOK IN WOOD smoking chips from oak barrel staves which remain impregnated with the fragrance and aroma of cognac (Hennessy, Martell, Courvoisier) after emptying the barrels.

COOK IN WOOD wood smoking chips
These wood shavings have a distinctive cognac barrel aroma, providing a unique smoking experience. Sizes range from 1 to 1.5cm.
Recommended for use on both charcoal and gas grills and smokers, this product is ideal for adding a special flavour to grilled dishes.
COOK IN WOOD wood smoking chips
For best results, it is recommended to soak wood chips in water for 30 minutes before use.
After preparing the charcoal marabou grill, we recommend placing the wood chips in a smoking tray and placing it on the grill. Once they start to produce smoke, the food can be added to the grill. To optimise the cooking process, it is recommended to close the grill lid.
Recommended for smoking: cheeses, fish, seafood, chicken, duck and turkey.
