How to use COOK IN WOOD smoking wood chunks
After preparing the Marabou charcoal grill, the pieces of wood should be placed directly on the grill. Once they start smoking, the food can be added to the grill. To optimise the cooking process, it is recommended to close the grill lid.
To ensure optimal results, we recommend the following instructions depending on the medium used:
Soak the pieces in water for 60 minutes.
Once you have prepared the charcoal, place the pieces directly on the grill.
When they begin to smoke, place the desired food.
